Do you get really tired when you climb and feel like you are fighting your bike and the hill? Do you get nervous when you descend? Would rather go up than down? Or feel awkward when you descend? Or just want to feel more confident?
Then this session is perfect for you! It is an intro skills session introducing you to simple climbing and descending skills aimed at making you a safer, more confident cyclist.
This session will include approximately 25km of riding taking in several climbs and descents around the Mt Eliza.
We will start with an almost flat area focusing on technique first. Then head to small hills in the area. Each rider will only ride climbs that they are comfortable on. The session will run for approximately 3 hours.
